CiscoWorks LMS 4.1

I'm new to these forums and thought I would give it a shot. I recently started working for a school district that uses CiscoWorks LMS 4.1, but the people that installed it no longer work here and I am slowly figuring it all out. I know I need to take a class, but until then, there are a couple of issues that I was hoping I could get an answer for. The documentation for this program is less than adequate, to say it nicely. Anyway, I am attempting to push IOS version 12.2.58-SE2 out to a C3560G switch so that I can start playing with the SI director. I have gone through and set all of the usernames and passwords for telnet access and enable access...as far as I can tell. However, when I run the upgrade job using the software repository, I get an error that it could not connect to the device using TELNET. Cause: SWIM5001. Any help is much appreciated.
